How does the service work?

After the initial contact, we will schedule a day and time to meet with you and your pet. There is no fee for this visit. We go over what services you are requesting and schedule the days and times for your visits.

Why Should I use a Pet Sitter?

Pet are most comfortable in an environment they are familiar with. Using a pet sitter is a great alternative to placing them in a kennel. It is much less stressful. You will come home to a much happier and healthy member of your family.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

We are licensed with the City of Kuna and insured with Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. We are not bonded since we are an owner operated service. We do not use contractors or other employees.

What happens if my pet gets sick or injured?

We make every attempt to contact you first. We will also contact your designated emergency contact. We will transport your pet to your chosen vet for the care it requires. We have an emergency vet release form.

How do you ensure that your client's individual needs are being met?

We have a client information form for you to fill out that includes your emergency and pet information (behavioral issues, feeding, etc). At the introduction visit, we go over your daily routine and ask the necessary questions to make sure your pet and home care plan is followed.

When is payment due?

An invoice will be left for you upon the final visit. Payment is due within 7 days of services rendered. We accept cash and check. There will be a $25 service fee for any returned check and a 1.5% late fee accessed for any unpaid balance after 30 days.
